pnmlib

This library provides all the functionality necessary for performing pore network simulations. It is meant to replace the backend of OpenPNM eventually. The main design is based on the use of a single Python dict to not only hold all the data but to define the simulation. In other words, the relationships between objects and data and so on is all inferred from the data in the dict. Importantly, this dict has no super powers at all. All the functionality is provided by the various functions, which accept a plain dict then infer everything it needs from the data in the dict.
